The ASB App has given me the opportunity to show the Council just how much of a nuisance my neighbour is. Need clarification?

What can be customised?

REACT clients can customise their platform to their own colour scheme throughout, adding their own company logo and name throughout. Our app's can also be customised for a better all round staff and resident user experience.

Can you change the functionality once you're live with REACT?

Customisations and/or workflow structure changes can be made at any time without restrictions on frequency. Our Support Team is always available to assist with any tweaks or enhancements needed for workflow or system settings. 

How much do I pay for a REACT licence?

REACT operates on a per licence per month basis and depending on the number of licences a client will require, depends on how much the platform will cost. We would be pleased to offer a quote for REACT as a platform upon request: info@cmsg.uk.com.

What about security?

REACT is as secure as a hosted case management system could possibly be. We provide all clients with up-to-date security information documents from the outset, including DPIA's and ISCA's. These are available upon request at any time: info@cmsg.uk.com.

How does the App integrate to REACT?

Both the ASB App and REMOTE App are fully integrated into REACT as a platform, allowing evidence entries from residents to feed directly into the relevant case, in live time. Once submitted, evidence reports are added as pending notes allowing officers to review. Officers can then progress these to a case or archive them with a reason.

Can I limit the file size of app reports?

You have full control to the number and size of reports made by resident users, who have access to the ASB or REMOTE apps. We have extended this recently in line with what our app clients have requested.
